Shipping and Returns

Processing is 1/2 business days.

DPD Express Delivery (1-3 business days): To qualify for Express Delivery service please ensure your order is placed before 11am Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on Friday before 2PM will arrive on Monday/Tuesday.

Standard Delivery (2-4 Days): If you select standard delivery your products will arrive within 5 working days from the time of purchase. We do our best to process all orders as fast as possible however priority is given to our premium service.

Click & Collect: We offer a 24/7 collection service at our base. If you place a collection order please contact us and provide the time you would like to collect. If we don't hear from you we will contact you to confirm.

RETURNS 

We're sorry you were not happy with our products. If you would like to return the items, please ensure they are in the same condition we sent them. We will not accept returns for products that have been used, or damaged. All of our products are put through rigorous testing before getting shipped out so be assured your items will arrive safely in perfect condition.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at uk_creams@outlook.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on any cakes or cupcakes. 

KYC CHECKS

At our own discretion we may ask you to provide identification to prove you are the one that placed the order. This proof of identification may be a passport, bank statement, driving license or bank card showing the last 4 digits on the card. The quicker you provide the information we have requested the quicker we can get your package dispatched.

Please ensure the images are taken with a smart phone camera and are NOT scanned. Scanned images will be automatically rejected.

If we feel you are purchasing our items for misuse, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded. Please ensure you follow our T.O.S before placing any orders.
